Introduction to Ten-Body Yoga + Personalized Sadhana

The course includes a section of additional exercises specifically designed for women’s well-being, along with stories, affirmations, and reflections that highlight the meaning and purpose of each of the Ten Bodies.
Course Structure and Access
The Ten-Body Yoga Course is presented through the ICYAS online platform, combining video instruction, reading modules, and guided assignments. Participants can study at their own rhythm, reviewing each practice as often as needed. The structure allows flexibility while maintaining a clear, organized progression through all components of the methodology.
Personal Sadhana and Independent Study
You will meet with Yogi Akal for a private 1:1 session, where you will receive a personalized sadhana – a structured daily practice that integrates postures, breathing, and meditation from the Ten-Body Yoga System to be completed as a 40-day process.
