For U.S. and international residents, fees are payable in USD. For Canadian residents, fees are payable in CAD plus applicable taxes. You may pay with any major credit card. Use PayPal or Stripe for MasterCard or Visa, and Stripe for American Express or Discover. Interac e-Transfers are the prefered method for Canadian customers. Access begins once payment is confirmed.
