Q: What if I struggle to visualize what a guided meditation is telling me to visualize? Can I substitute my own visualization, or go with whatever is in my mind’s eye?

A: Guided visualization works best when following the given guidance rather than substituting personal imagery. It’s accurate to say that visual capacity varies amongst people; some see vivid inner pictures and some sense more through feeling or sound, and the instruction remains the same: stay with the guidance and repeat the session over time through the membership replays.
