This ongoing membership series is ideal for both new and experienced meditators who wish to study directly with a master yogi and leading expert in the field.

Each class brings insight, practice, and real application, exploring the principal forms of meditation taught at ICYAS, including guided visualization, movement-based techniques, yogic methods with mantra and mudra, healing meditation, breath work, and applied meditative arts and sciences for intuition, concentration, clarity, and balance. You may ask questions during live sessions or submit them in advance for possible inclusion in a future class.
