Q: I was practising Kirtan Kriya every day. I got as far as 92 days and I missed a day. Do I start over?
A: If there is no goal and it is simply practice, missing a day is not important. If there is a specific goal, like 40 days, 90 days, 120 days, a year, then you should start again. Many meditations, like Kirtan Kriya, are recommended for a certain amount of time to get a certain effect.
